Purchased and Received Online Orders:
If you purchased online and are not satisfied with the pottery, you can return the pottery within 14 days of the delivery date.
The pottery needs to be unused and not broken.
The customer will be reimbursed the full paid amount minus the shipping fee.
The refund transaction will take place once I have received the piece in perfect condition.
Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Retuning Pottery:
You must let me know that you are sending pottery back BEFORE you send it.
Returned items are to be packaged in the same manner and material in which they were sent.
The pottery needs to be fully insured for its retail value.
If pottery is broken during the shipping process, the customer needs to fill out the proper shipping forms to be reimbursed.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.
Packages must have a tracking number.
William Mantor Ceramics is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping.
In Person Purchases:
If you purchased an item in person there are no refunds or exchanges.
Commissions:
If you commissioned and purchased an item there are no refunds or exchanges.
