Purchased and Received Online Orders:

If you purchased online and are not satisfied with the pottery, you can return the pottery within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The pottery needs to be unused and not broken.

  • The customer will be reimbursed the full paid amount minus the shipping fee.

  • The refund transaction will take place once I have received the piece in perfect condition. 

  • Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Retuning Pottery:

  • You must let me know that you are sending pottery back BEFORE you send it.

  • Returned items are to be packaged in the same manner and material in which they were sent.

  • The pottery needs to be fully insured for its retail value. 

  • If pottery is broken during the shipping process, the customer needs to fill out the proper shipping forms to be reimbursed.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

  • Packages must have a tracking number.

  • William Mantor Ceramics is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping.

In Person Purchases:

If you purchased an item in person there are no refunds or exchanges.

Commissions:

If you commissioned and purchased an item there are no refunds or exchanges.
